Captured

Captured is a new work being developed by Balbir Singh Dance Company, exploring the dialogue between photographer and performer. What happens if the camera becomes the centre piece of a performance? How does the photographer navigate the space to capture what they need? What elements pique their interest - The dancer? The human? The emotion?

Through a series of interactive workshops and performances, Captured encourages participants to see dance through a new lens.
