Dilston Physic Garden

The Spring Equinox represents balance between light and dark—just as pharmacology and plant medicine seek balance in the body. Exploring how plant medicine, light therapy and being in nature can complement pharmaceuticals, this tranquil event on the 28 March 2025 at Dilston Physic Garden was full to the brim with expert trails, talks, medicinal teas and interactive dance & music. An immersive journey through nature movement and creativty, each aspect of the day was designed to explore a unique state of being - Sleep, Memory and Pain.
